Winners TM Forum

Celcom Axiata introduces the first truly digital brand in Malaysia

triPica powers Yoodo, Celcom’s new digital telco launched as a separate startup. The innovative triPica app manages the full scope of a telco digital journeys from SIM ordering to Support.

The powerful triPica backend handles, in real-time, customers, catalog and billing, connecting to the legacy OCS (Matrixx) only for balance management.

enercity selects triPica to power its digital transformation in Germany

triPica is not just telco. In less than a year our tmforum based data model could easily adapt to the Utilities sector and used to launch a fully digital greenfield operation for Hannover-based enercity GMBH in Germany.

Bringing an online experience on the web but also through an innovative app, customers can subscribe, follow their consumption, adapt their monthly payments in a single click. Additionally triPica helped restructure enercity’s Ops team taking advantage from the efficient support tools to manage the service with a ridiculously small staff of agents.

Now triPica extends its functional scope, to cover all requirements of the legacy business of German Utilities providers and prepares for a full scale migration of the legacy business to triPica.
